Technical Expertise .. Team Approach
Our team of highly qualified engineers, project managers and training professionals work in close collaboration with customers during the entire project – from the early stages of planning continuing through implementation, training and support.
Proven Practices
In every project, we follow a disciplined and proven methodology to ensure maximum success. The process includes four phases: Audit, Validation, Acceptance and Support. During the Audit stage of the project, customer's project managers and super users receive overview training to give them a better understanding of the major functionalities, options and architecture of the software.
In parallel, the ProConsultant Informatique project team conducts a thorough workflow analysis and a survey of the technical environment. This critical step results in an Audit Report, which provides the essential information for customizing and configuring the system to achieve the client business requirements.
After customer agreement on the Audit recommendations, the system is configured to meet the unique and desired workflows. Each configuration is fully tested, first by ProConsultant Informatique in its own environment, and then by the customer in a Validation phase. During this stage, hands-on training, emphasizing the particulars of the workflow continues. Based on ongoing feedback, the system is fine-tuned and adjusted to provide maximum efficiencies. A contractual Acceptance procedure includes a specific period of validation with criteria for meeting system requirements and functionalities.
Our products are continually updated and improved with new features and modules. Within the context of a support agreement, ProConsultant Informatique provides updates of the core system, bug fixes and hot-line support during office hours.
Louise © Advanced Training Courses
Many customers send a few, key team members to the Louise © Advanced Training course which is held at the ProConsultant Informatique headquarters. Louise © Advanced Training provides a global and more detailed understanding of the entirety of the Louise © system. Rather than focusing on how to perform individual tasks, this training offers a broader perspective emphasizing overall operational aspects of the system architecture and interaction of modules. The course gives participants more comprehensive insights into how Louise © can address enterprise-wide workflow issues. Sessions also demonstrate how system enhancements and new modules can be incorporated into workflows to achieve maximum efficiency and benefit.
Our instructors combine their engineering and broadcast expertise to make the Louise © Advanced Training inclusive and relevant. Participants develop an understanding of the system’s potential and how the different modules and tools interact with one another.
Each Louise © Advanced Training course is exclusive to a particular customer. Sessions are held over a pre-arranged 3-day period at the offices of ProConsultant Informatique and are limited to 6 participants.
Training
Training is an integral part of any project. ProConsultant Informatique has developed a progressive training program that is tailored to customer needs. The training begins in the early stages of the project to allow for a gradual, hands-on experience and transfer of knowledge to project leaders and super-users so that they fully master the software solution and are prepared to execute and if needed, to train their respective teams.
Individual or group classroom training is conducted at the customer site in a suitable environment to address both practical and theoretical trainings. Training is targeted to meet the specific roles within the organization and the required levels of expertise:
- Super users and/or internal trainers
- End users
- Technical Administration / Maintenance
As with other aspects of our project implementation, ProConsultant Informatique professionals work closely with the in-house management and engineering team to ensure that the training delivers the maximum benefit to the organization’s business goals.
